The original Amiga ROM Kernal Manual (RKM) was a work in progress. Certain chapters had yet to be written. It covered the preliminary 128K firmware as included with the (Commodore) Amiga Development Systems. The manual reads as follows:



PREFACE

The current version of the operating systems reference manual in incomplete. A preliminary sequence of the chapter topic coverage for the manual is shown below.

Even though certain of the topics are not completed, certain rough ideas of their content are contained in the next few pages. More data about the use of each routine is being developed and will be forwarded to you as quickly as it becomes available.

Names of the functions, calling sequences, and parameters could potentially change.
